Online Shopping
The day after X-mas is the day that those pesky stores start attacking the consumer with constant reminders of how they slashed their prices to almost free. "3 trillion % off" they say and you see what they have and all they are selling at that price are some x-mas boxer shorts. Boo retailers!!! Well today I opened my hotmail email account and saw, like seriously, 18 emails from online stores advertising their sales or the spring line!! I mean, c'mon! Can we even start winter, don't tempt me with spring apparel when I can't wear it for another 4 months! Some online retailers send me emails EVERYDAY so I can never escape. Here are the culprits:
1. Victoria's Secret- They alwaaaaaays have panites 5 for $25, tell me something I don't know.
2. Gap- this store has dissapointed me immensely in the past couple of years. Their clothes suck.
3. Banana Republic- Can I love this store even more? but soooo expensive!
4. Coach- I have 3 Coach items and I don't necessarily anticipate buying more because they are extremely expensive.
5. Smart Bargains- This is a good online store, you will get some good sales here.
6. J.Crew- another store I love too much but very $$$
7. Macy's- I recently purchased a sweater and boots from here and I think I'm returning the boots, I like them but something looks off when I wear them. So they are going back.
8. Anthropologie- I can't even explain this store to you. I'm going to try, they are an upscale young people who like the old/vintage look store.
9. MAC Cosmetics- I gladly accept any email they send my way.
10. Urban Outfitters- super cute, trendy clothes
11. Sephora- upscale ulta
12. Mario Badescu- my facial care line.
13. Calvin Klein- yes, I know you will give me 40% off a shirt but the shirt I like is 200 dollars! No good guys.
14. Borders- I like books, magazines and calendars...
15. Red Envelope- I bought a friend of mine his graduation gift from here and he still uses it so good site.
16. Starbucks- They let me know the latest music they have, what movies they will be selling and how I can download my iTunes in the store. I thought I got my coffee from here.
17. Smoothie King- When did I give them my email address?
18. Hard Times- They send coupons for free chilli macs every so often so yay Hard Times (they are also Redskins fans)
