Fraggle Rock

I heard some news today that disturbed me....

"The Weinstein Co. is transforming Fraggle Rock into a live-action musical."

SERIOUSLY!?!?!?!? Is there no more creativity in the world that you have to turn a children's television series into a musical? Don't get me wrong, I loved Fraggle Rock as a child, I had all their books and I even have the first season on DVD. But now that its going to be a musical....I don't know.
