I went to the Gym this morning!!!!
I can't agree with you anymore Kevin about food. I LOVE FOOD! I too wonder about what my next meal will be. But that made me wonder, can you love something too much? Yes, you can and that's how fatness grows. Either that or other health issues so that means to me and you, everything in moderation.
So this weekend food wise I don't think I did all to horrible, although now that I think about, Saturday night… hmm. I'll get to that. So Saturday morning was ok, I ate a banana I think and I said I'll just pick up coffee after the service group. Then a sad turn of events and I ended up taking my cousins to the hospital to see their uncle that had passed. He was really really sick and finally got to rest. The family, especially my younger cousins, hadn't eaten probably in a while and were really tired so I told them lets go eat at the cafeteria. The hospital cafeteria is not known for great cuisine. I mean, at most its mediocre and smelly. I think its cause you're at the hospital and 9 out 10 times, you're there cause of something bad. So we go downstairs and the cafeteria looked decent and the food looked pretty good too! They had fried chicken, herb chicken, meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy, broccoli, pizza, lunch meat for sandwiches, sushi, YEA SUSHI!!! So we all ate the herb chicken with veggies it was not bad, but it did the trick. Wilson was only going to eat ice cream and he ended up eating pizza instead… then we all had ice cream. Lol! My sister and I finally leave to pack in a hurry so we can meet a group to leave to NJ for the assembly. The original plan was to leave at 12:30 but got readjusted to 1:30 to accommodate the recent events. Then we don't leave till 4pm and got to Jersey at 6. Didn't eat dinner till 8!!! So I had a steak and cheese, 2 wings and 1 mozzarella stick. YUM! And then went to sbucks for a small white mocha and the banana chocolate loaf. Double YUM!
Sunday morning I had a small apple danish and orange juice. For lunch I had salad, some bread with sour cream and salvadorean cheese, some chips with salsa and fruits. Oh and a Orange soda. For dinner I had half of my sister's ham and cheese sandwich and a cherry coke and another small white mocha. Not healthy at all.
The good thing is today, regardless of the cold and tired feeling I had, I got up to go to the gym! I was super excited!!! The gym is awesome, I really do love exercising its just that getting up in the morning part is what I hate the most. But I hope I can at least go 4 times a week. Ultimate goal is 6 times a week, I think its doable. We can do it!
