Thank goodness I don't celebrate any of that
I had been pretty good about 2 weeks ago about going to the gym twice a week working out cardio and some free weights. This week I am a little busy with some party planning stuff and trying to fight a cold but after the 13th I'm back on track.
As related to the title of this post: Soooooo happy I do not celebrate these holidays, asides from being pagan of course, I would be DONE diet-wise. I'm sure the gluttony article fits in with all the celebratorty events that go on during this time. So much food, it's ridiculous. I heard the average T-giving dinner has about 3,000 calories! Whoaahhh... although I didn't go to the gym I feel much better without those calories and trying to simply balance what I eat.
You're right Jessica a new month begins and we're back!
