Shake that booty!

Day 2 of Fitness:

I went to sleep super early so I can get up with energy in the morning to go to the gym. Yet, my alarm goes off at 5:55 and I didn't want to open my eyes. I said to myself nooooooo... not ready yet! I tried to throw myself off my bed but I kept imagining myself moving but I really wasn't. So I said fine, I'll sleep another hour but I have to get up at 7 to go do exercise downstairs. (we have some equipment and videos and all that) So that's what I did. I go downstairs, I was looking for one of my old tae-bo videos but I forgot that our cable has on demand and has exercise videos. So I browse through them and find a hip hop dance one. I think to myself this should be fun. I can learn some new hip hop moves and exercise.

The chick's name is Lea something. She said shake that booty a lot. and it was intense. 20 mins of doing things called "what up kicks" and "attitude lunges" (believe me... I was cracking up the whole time) But it was intense and it really kicked my butt. I liked it, got my heart rate going and later did 20 mins on treadmill and some strength training. It was a good workout. I'm proud of myself.

Tomorrow I will go to the gym. As much as I liked just rolling off my bed to go downstairs, I like the gym better.
