Portion Control

So I did this 3 day diet and lost 5 lbs. Its a great diet in theory but honestly not the healthiest way of losing weight. Therefore, I'm now portion controlling. It seems simple and it is if you know how to do it right. And its actually been pretty good cause I haven't gained any of the weight I lost yet, (which I normally do). I will try to keep progress on the situtation.
