When I grow up, I want to be....

So I had another conversation today with another friend about what I wanted to be when I grew up. My friend said he wanted to be a cop and/or firefighter. He also had a back up plan but I rather not expose his secrets. LOL. But then I realized what I wanted to be. I wanted to be a spy! Well, an FBI agent. But when it comes down to it, I wanted to be a spy. I think its because of my fifth grade teacher, Ms. Mark, and the gift she gave me, a Harriett the Spy book. I LOOOVEEE that book. I still have it, its actually in the trunk of my car. I wanted to show it to someone and I just left it there. I also used to get those spy kits from the Highlights magazine. My mailman would always knock my door when a new kit would arrive because he said he loved seeing my face when I would open it and start working on it. I love solving mysteries, finding out unknown things, I was a very curious child. I played along with "where in the world is carmen sandiego" I asked a LOT of questions growing up. I was straight up the "but why?" girl.

You would think that I'd end up doing something related to my interest... no. I'm a Civil Lit paralegal with a major concentration on contracts. NO MYSTERY THERE!!! Everything is written out for you. Why people violate contracts is beyond me.... Its ALL in black and white!
