Recipe Try-out: Get Yo Man Chicken

Soooo I tried the recipe that I was planning to make Saturday. FAIL! I made the chicken exactly the way directions tell me but I didn't like the taste. Others said it was good but I truly do not like Thyme, I don't like the flavor it gives the food and just makes it yucky to me. (Bero agrees, Get yo man chicken was no good)

I had to think of an alternative to make on saturday.... So while at the gym, starving like crazy, I said wait a minute, what about enchiladas!?!??!?!?! I know how to make that easy. And its so tasty, its not a fancy meal but whatever, its GOOD! So yes, we'll be having beef and chicken enchiladas on Saturday. Can't wait!

Now I gotta look for Barefoot Contessa's Sweet Potato pie recipe.
