Working on the fitness
Slowly but surely, I'm working out. My goal has been workout 3 times a week. And so far it's been working! Either at the gym or at home, but it's a goal that's being accomplished. It's not only about losing weight, it's about being healthy. That is key. Also eating healthy is key too. I want to try this new thing out. It's called 4/3 diet. (I just made that up, I don't know what it's called for real) but for four days Mon-Thurs. Eat super healthy. When I say super healthy, I mean veggies, fruit galore, avoid all fatty foods, carbs and focus on good food. Then for 3 days Fri-Sun, eat regular healthy. I tend to eat out more on the weekends then during the week so it should work out well. We'll see. Hope to start next week.
