Food Log

I'm really serious about getting my healthiness back in track. Well not right at this moment since I have had too much food and it's only 2:00 pm and I'm pretty sure I'm going to eat dinner. But for reals, I've consulted many health experts, working on getting appointments and such but then I realized, why have I not asked Roxanne??? Who's Roxanne you may ask?

She's my cousin extraordinaire. And a fitness expert. So I emailed her and she has me doing a food log for 3 days. So as I'm writing my food log I realize what a pig I am. Do I really need to eat this much? Why did I have 2 breakfasts? Why haven't I gotten up to go to the gym? ughh. Disappointing. But with this food log, Rox will figure out a meal plan for me. AND I HAVE TO STICK TO IT. I need my mind in the game.

Whenever I get my meal plan and exercise plan in order, I'll share it, maybe it'll help you all.
